A Tennessee bill to require carbon monoxide detectors in daycares has passed the House, and is now on its way to Governor Lee’s desk.

SB2066 would require all child care facilities to have carbon monoxide detectors in each room that occupies children.

Alarms would be required to meet certain standards and installed by September 30.
