Church technology solutions should be many things: on-budget, depending on the size of the parish; crystal clear, even for the folks seated in far-away pews; present, yet not too distracting from what’s most important. But the house of worship technology fails presented here are sinners of the worst order.
Let’s face it, Houses of Worship customers sometimes request “church pricing” with higher-priced expectations. But integrators would do well to remind them of these considerations aimed at investing toward quality, reliable systems.
This slideshow we assembled of church tech fails, however, seems to be void of anything remotely reliable.
Line of sight? Wired mics near baptisms? Heinously underestimated load-bearings? We see it all here.
We don’t know if all of the offending church installations in the slideshow are the fault of a lazy integrator or a church “technician” seeking to save a few cents on a job. But t’s not as though there’s a shortage of house of worship technology professionals to choose from.
