A Mundelein woman was arrested after she called 911 six times without an emergency and during one of the calls asked for a cheeseburger, prosecutors said.

Kathleen Walsh, 67, of Mundelein, was charged with making a false alarm or complaint to 911, obstructing justice and battery.

Walsh allegedly called 911 six times, Lake County Assistant State’s Attorney Manuel Mandujano said during a bond hearing.

The incidents occurred on Wednesday, court records show.

In the first 911 call, Walsh indicated that she wanted someone to talk to, Mandujano said.

She allegedly called again and was upset no one showed up at her residence. She again indicated that she wanted to talk to someone.

Mundelein police officers reported that there was no emergency.

Walsh called 911 for the third time and asked for police, Mandujano said.

Officers responded to her residence and told her to stop calling 911 and to instead call the non-emergency line.

Walsh called 911 two more times, and an officer told her she would be arrested if she kept calling, Mandujano said.

In the sixth 911 call, Walsh allegedly asked for a cheeseburger.

Police responded to her residence and arrested her.

Lake County Judge Theodore Potkonjak released Walsh on a personal recognizance bond.

She is scheduled to appear for a status of attorney hearing on October 21.
