Toscano shares his experience select-ing a software provider, and the intense year-long process of implementing the software (starting at about the 9:46 mark of the full 22-minute video in the archived Tech Talk on cepro.com/techtalk/software). Chief among the lessons learned and something AAMI pushed from the outset was buy-in from the team, Toscano says: “We first sat down with the team. At the end of the day, if you can’t get your entire company to buy-in to the process of what you’re about to undertake, it’s not going to be successful. You’re going to run into issues.”
