We want to give a shoutout to Cpl. Jillian St. Amant for being part of a team that saved an LSU fan at last night’s game!!
For nearly 10 minutes, Cpl. St. Amant along with a deputy from East Baton Rouge Sheriffs Office and Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office did CPR on a man who had become unresponsive in the stands. They also utilized an AED from the stadium.
Their work got a heartbeat back and the man was breathing on his own when he was taken to the hospital.
