Mary G. Hesse, CBC
Risk Advisor
Mary began her career with the Prudential Insurance Company, where she specialized in Employee Benefits. Prior to joining Consolidated Insurance Center in 1989, Mary spent several years with a Maryland Health Insurer, working with Multiple Option plan design and marketing.
As owner of Corporate Insurance Systems in 1994, Mary’s commitment remained the client’s best defense in the war on costly benefit programs. She has assisted employers across the country in the design and implementation of cost effective benefit plans.
Insurance companies have sought Mary’s knowledge in the design of new products and training programs. She was also selected to participate in the early stages of Health Care Reform within both the State and Federal Government processes.
Mary earned the designation of Chartered Benefit Consultant, which puts her on the cutting edge of Health Care Reform, while promoting unique and innovative ways to keep benefits attractive while lowering costs.
After 23 years of owning a small benefit consulting firm, Mary decided to merge with Consolidated Insurance, who values the same principals and ethics she holds dear. In August of 2017, she rejoined Consolidated where she continues to pursue her passion of helping larger employers. Mary has come home.
